Terms of Service

TVDG Tech provides professional technology services including, but not limited to: mobile application development (iOS & Android), web application and website development, AI automation and workflow engineering, and custom software development for businesses.

All services are provided on a project basis or as agreed in writing. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

Every engagement with TVDG Tech begins with a written agreement (proposal, statement of work, or contract) that defines the project scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost. Work begins only after this agreement is signed by both parties.

Any changes to the agreed scope after work has commenced — including additions, removals, or modifications to features — must be agreed upon in writing and may result in revised timelines and additional costs.

Our standard payment schedule is: 50% of the total project fee is due before work begins (upfront deposit), and the remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the final deliverables or project completion, as defined in the written agreement.

Invoices are payable within 7 business days of issue unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in suspension of work. TVDG Tech reserves the right to withhold delivery of final files until all outstanding balances are settled.

Upon receipt of final payment in full, the client receives full ownership of all custom code, designs, and digital assets created by TVDG Tech specifically for their project ("final deliverables").

TVDG Tech retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, methodologies, or generic components developed independently of the client project. Nothing in these terms prevents TVDG Tech from using general knowledge, skills, or techniques gained during a project in future work.

Until final payment is received, all work product remains the intellectual property of TVDG Tech.

TVDG Tech treats all client information, business details, and project specifications as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without the client's written consent, except as required by law or to subcontractors bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations.

TVDG Tech's liability to the client for any claim arising out of or in connection with a project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific project.

TVDG Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our services are provided "as is" after final delivery; ongoing support is subject to a separate maintenance agreement.

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rajasthan, India.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.
