Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payments made for services are generally non-refundable once the project has started.

If a payment is made by mistake, users must contact us within 7 days.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Customers may request cancellation before work has commenced.

Once development or service delivery has begun, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a refund.

Subscription-based services, if applicable, can be cancelled before the next billing cycle.
